At Runway Catalog, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided all original tags and security seals remain intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security tags are not removed, and include a copy of your invoice.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
